You can use Microsoft Bookings with Me (formerly known as "Bookings with Me") to create a personalized scheduling page and share it via a link in your Outlook signature, email, or calendar invite. Here's how to set it up:
Step-by-Step: Set Up a Booking Page in Outlook
1. Open Bookings on the Web
2. Set Up Your Booking Page
You'll see a Personal booking page and the option to add Create meeting types.

Create different types of meetings:
Name (e.g., "15-minute Chat" or "Project Review")
Duration
Public
Location (Teams, phone, in-person)
Advanced - Email Reminders
3. Publish and Copy Your Booking Link
At the top of the page, click “Share” to copy your personal booking page URL. You will use this in the next steps.
4. Add to your Signature in Outlook
- Create a new email message
- Click Insert Signature under the Xink Signatures app
- Click Edit contact details
- In the A message at the bottom of you signature add this and replace all the bolded text with the link that was copied from above -
- <a href="paste here">Book a meeting with me</a>
Optional
The link from Step 4 is only for 1 booking type of meeting - i.e. a 15 minute meeting. If you wish to publish more book types - 15 minute, 30 minute, etc.. you need to use another link.
- After you have completed Step 3 again for your additional booking types go back to the Booking homepage https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme
- Select Share and Copy Link.
- Use that link to paste into your Outlook Signature
