This article will help you get setup quickly with CCI and WebEx phone system.

Setup your voicemail greeting if you have CCI desk phone

Press the Home button and scroll down to Messages. Press the select button.
Your temporary PIN code is 731388 and you will be prompted to change it to a new 6 digit code.
Follow the prompts to setup your voicemail box.

Setup your voicemail greeting if you do NOT have a CCI deskphone

Call your phone number
When your voicemail greeting plays press the * key
Your temporary PIN code is 731388 and you will be prompted to change it to a new 6 digit code.
Follow the prompts to setup your voicemail box.

Setup your CCI Account - we are going to set a strong password before getting into WebEx.

Open browser and navigate to the End User Portal
Log in using your phone number with your CCI account like this - 9162262248@voicecci.net.
Your temporary password is Bw1234@
Once you are in the End User Portal you will need to update your password by pressing the Lock icon underneath Password. Please make sure it's strong and unique.

Call Handling to Mobile Devices

Call forwarding - Forward all calls directly to your mobile device
1. Open browser and navigate to the End User Portal
2. Log in using your phone number with your CCI account like this - 9162262248@voicecci.net.
3. Use the strong password you set above
4. Click on Call Forward Always
6. Enter in your mobile number with area code (no 9 needed)
WebEx - Install the WebEx Application on your
1. Download WebEx to your mobile device
2. When prompted to login into WebEx use your Royal Electric email address
3. You will then re-directed to a CCI page - log in using your phone number with your CCI account like this - 9162262248@voicecci.net and the new password you created above
