REC is migrating from the default Email app to the Microsoft Outlook app as the preferred Email, Calendaring, and Contacts client on iOS devices.  During the migration your Outlook will download the last 2 weeks of email, all your Royal Exchange Contacts and latest Calendar events.



Here are the steps needed to properly configure Outlook for your iOS device.

  1. If Outlook did not automatically get installed go the App Store and search for Outlook.
  2. Open the Outlook app and press GET STARTED
  3. Enter in your Royal Electric email address and press Continue.  Give it a few seconds to detect your settings.
  4. You will get redirected to page that says Office365, enter in your computer/email password and press Sign In.
  5. Press SKIP to add more accounts.
  6. All Done.
