Configure your Outlook Signature

Royal Electric uses Xink to standardize all email signatures in Outlook. This application is installed by default and provides users the ability to change some parts of their signature. Here is how you can open up Xink to edit your Outlook signature:

1. Click on the ^ symbol on the bottom right of your taskbar.
2. Click on the Xink icon.
3. Click on My Contact Details.
4. Edit some of the given fields, then press Save.

When your signature is updated upon saving, you can see the changes take effect in Outlook when you compose or reply to a message.
